part skim string cheese stick 1.000 oz. 1 ea.
carrot , strips 1.000 oz. 0.25 cup
red bell pepper , strips 0.500 oz. 0.25 cup
Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Baked with Whole Grain Cheddar 0.750 oz. 1 pkg.
red or green seedless grapes 3.500 oz. 0.5 cup
low fat chocolate milk , 1/2 pint carton 1 ea.
1. For each reimbursable lunch portion, assemble the following ingredients in a to-go-box or on tray:
  • (1) 2 fl. oz. spoodle, 1/4 cup hummus 
  • (1) 1 oz. low fat cheese stick
  • (1) 2 fl. oz. spoodle, 1/4 cup carrot sticks  
  • (1) 2 fl. oz. spoodle, 1/4 cup red pepper strips
  • (1) 0.75 oz. package Goldfish® Baked with Whole Grain Cheddar *
  • 1/2 cup grapes 
  • (1) half pint low-fat chocolate milk
*Right before serving add 1 package (0.75 oz.) Goldfish® Baked with Whole Grain Cheddar to assembled box. Serve immediately.

CCP: Store in covered containers, refrigerated at 40º F until needed.
