smothered chicken biscuit sandwich

Flaky biscuit layered with crispy chicken and savory cream sauce for a classic comfort bite. The sauce is prepared with Campbell's® Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredient Weight Measure
whole grain mini biscuit , 1 oz 35.0 oz. 35 ea.
whole grain breaded chicken patty , 1.6 ounce 56.0 oz. 35 ea.
Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup , 50 oz ea 1 can
water 2.5 cup
black pepper , ground 1 tsp.
fresh parsley , chopped 2 tbsp.
1. Prepare biscuits and breaded chicken patties according to package directions. Reserve.
 
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

2. Coat a 4‑inch half hotel pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, water, and black pepper; mix well. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30–40 minutes. 

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.


3. To serve, separate baked biscuits in half. Place one chicken patty on the bottom half of each biscuit and cover with the top half. Using a 2 oz ladle, portion 1/4 cup chicken gravy over each sandwich. Serve immediately.
