mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) 2.0 oz. 0.5 cup

orange juice 4 fl oz.
low fat (1%) milk , 1/2 pint carton 1 ea.
For Each Portion:

1. Alternate layering the following into individual serving container: 
 
• 1/4 cup mixed berries
• 1/4 cup low fat yogurt
 
2. Repeat.
 
3. Serve with 1 package (28 g) Goldfish® Grahams Baked with Whole Grain - French Toast, 1/2 cup (4 fl. oz.) orange juice and 1 half-pint carton low fat milk.
