turkey pot pie soup with campbell’s® healthy request® cream of mushroom soup

All the flavor of a pot pie in a soup.  Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup  combines with turkey, peas, carrots and is topped with crushed saltine crackers for a surprising crunch.

Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup , 50 oz ea 50.0 oz. 1 can
water , full 50 oz soup can 1 can
roasted turkey breast , diced 19.0 oz. 0
frozen green peas , cooked 12.0 oz. 0
carrot , diced 12.0 oz. 0
saltine cracker , crumbled 5.5 oz. 0
fresh parsley , chopped 2 tbsp.
1. Prepare all ingredients and set up station.

2. In a soup pot, mix soup with water, heat to 165°F. Hold hot for service.

3. For each serving:

Ladle 8 oz hot soup into a 10 oz bowl.

Top soup with:

- ¼ cup turkey
- 2 Tbsp crumbled saltine crackers
- 2 Tbsp peas
- ½ tsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp diced carrots
