low fat (1%) milk 32 oz. qt.
reduced sodium soy sauce tbsp.
black pepper tsp.
frozen cut green beans 4 lb. 15  cups
turkey breast 60 oz. 10  cups
bread crumbs 2 1/2  cups
1. Preheat oven to 350°F .

2. Mix soup, milk, soy, black pepper, beans, turkey and 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs in full-size steam table pan. 

3.  Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs over turkey mixture. Bake 45 min. or until golden brown and internal temperature is 165°F. or higher for 15 seconds. CCP: Hold at 140°F. or higher for service.
