Made with Pace® Medium Chunky Salsa, cucumbers, green onions, and cilantro, this salsa is vegan, gluten free, and low-fat!

  • Total time: 10 minutes
  • Servings: 20
Ingredient Weight Measure
Pace® Chunky Salsa- Medium 36.000 oz. 1 qt.
cucumber , medium, peeled, seeded, finely chopped 7.000 oz. 1 ea.
green onion , medium, chopped 4.000 oz. 1 bunch
cilantro , whole bunch(es), chopped 1.500 oz. 0.5 bunch
lemon 1 ea.
1. In bowl, combine all ingredients.

CCP: Hold for cold service at 41°F until needed.

2.  Using a #16 scoop, portion 1/4 cup into bowl or condiment cup.  serve immediately.
