Juicy beef patty topped with savory sauteed mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese, brought together with a creamy mushroom sauce made with Campbell's® Healthy Request® Cream of Mushroom Soup

Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup , 50 oz ea 1 can
non fat milk 24.0 oz. 3 cup
whole grain bun , 2.7 ounces each 176.0 oz. 65 ea.
romaine lettuce , medium-size leaves 37.0 oz. 65 ea.
tomato slice , 1/4-inch thick 92.0 oz. 130 ea.
Swiss cheese , 1/2 oz slice(s) 33.0 oz. 65 ea.
1. Prepare burger patties according to package directions. Reserve.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.


2. Coat a 4‑inch half hotel pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add canola oil, mushrooms, onion, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes, or until mushrooms and onions begin to brown. Stir in Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Cream of Mushroom Soup and milk until well combined. Return pan to oven and bake for 20–25 minutes.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.


3. Open each burger bun. Assemble each burger in the following order listed below. Serve immediately.
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 cooked beef patty
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 oz mushroom gravy
