1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain.
2. Mix soup and water in saucepot. Add beef, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, tomatoes and red peppers. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
3. Stir in basil and cooked pasta. CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165°F. or higher for 15 seconds.
CCP: Hold at 140°F. or higher. Portion using 8-oz. ladle (1 cup). Serve with 1 slice garlic bread.
