LASAGNA SOUP

Try our savory Lasagna Soup made with Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup.  Traditional flavors from roasted red peppers, tomatoes, basil and garlic combine into a delicious soup.

Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup , 50 oz ea 150.000 oz. 3 can
water , full 50 oz soup can 150.000 oz. 3 can
80% lean ground beef , cooked, drained 2.000 lb. 0
cottage cheese 24.000 oz. 3 cup
Parmesan cheese , grated 0.667 cup
Italian seasoning , crushed 4 tbsp.
garlic powder 1 tbsp.
diced tomatoes , drained 1 qt.
roasted red bell pepper , chopped 3 cup
fresh basil leaves , chopped 0.667 cup
garlic bread 50 slice
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain.

2. Mix soup and water in saucepot. Add beef, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, tomatoes and red peppers. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.

3. Stir in basil and cooked pasta. CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165°F. or higher for 15 seconds.
CCP: Hold at 140°F. or higher. Portion using 8-oz. ladle (1 cup). Serve with 1 slice garlic bread.
