olive oil tbsp.
garlic tsp.
cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast 12  ea.
spinach 32 oz. 30 1/2  cups
mozzarella cheese 48 oz. 48  slices
1. Add oil to sauce pan and add garlic, cook 2-3 minutes.

2. Add fresh spinach.

3. Slice fresh mozzarella.

4. Plate 1/2 cup of sautéed spinach.

5. Alternate sliced chicken breast with sliced 4 oz of mozzarella on top of bed of spinach.

6. Ladle 4 oz of Campbell's® Reserve Roasted Red Pepper & Smoked Gouda Bisque on top of chicken and cheese.

CCP: Cook until minimum of 165 F is reached.
