1.  In a large skillet, heat oil. Add sausage and brown. Drain off excess fat.

2.  Add one can of Campbell’s White Cream Sauce to browned sausage. Whisk in milk to “thin out” to desired consistency. Heat mixture to a simmer, stirring frequently.

3.  Season gravy with sage, pepper, and salt.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

4.  To Serve: Split each biscuit in half horizontally. Prop up the two halves upright on a plate. Use a 4 oz ladle to portion ½ cup sausage gravy over warm biscuits. Finish with hot sauce. Serve immediately.
